I ordered my food and once I finished it all I decided to lay down watch some tv but I started getting stomach pains so I assumed I had to go but it was very loose I kept going every 5 mins then I tried going to sleep to rest because I work tomorrow and nope I kept feeling some pain and felt like I needed to throw up, I got sick 20 times and after that I felt so much better and feel like I'm able to sleep now | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
