This has happened once before a few weeks ago too, but today for lunch i had food from here. Got a plate with chow mein and orange chicken, the chicken i got was from a fresh batch but the coloring of the meat when i ate it almost looked purple?? Now 5 hours later i am having nausea and extreme diarrhea that will not stop. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
