Orange Chicken Illness Symptoms - Panda Express, Birmingham Alabama

I ate the Orange Chicken with white rice. An hour or so after eating I had horrible constipation and cramps. I was very gassy and it was very painful. After two hours of that I became very nauseous and lightheaded and could barely stand or move and had chills. My head was burning. I threw up several times over the course of the next few hours and was up until 5 AM. It is now the next day and I still feel faint and nauseous and weak and haven’t been able to make myself eat or drink anything since this happened which was almost 24 hours ago now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Lightheaded, Gas, Constipation, Chills
