The one thing my wife and I had that was the same was the teriyaki chicken  I ate and not long after I started feeling nauseous a hour or two I was in the bathroom with severe diarrhea, later that evening after maybe 4 times in the bathroom I started vomiting. I went to sleep woke up the next day still with diarrhea no vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
