I ate honey walnut shrimp and chow mein on Sunday and Monday, noticed the food was cold when I first bought it but didn’t think it’d be an issue. Started having symptoms on Tuesday including lethargy, diarrhea, projectile vomiting, headaches, appetite loss and a 100.4 fever. Went to the doctor on Wednesday and it was confirmed to be food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Other, Headache, Loss of Appetite
