I ate honey walnut shrimp and chow mein on Sunday and Monday, noticed the food was cold when I first bought it but didn’t think it’d be an issue. Started having symptoms on Tuesday including lethargy, diarrhea, projectile vomiting, headaches, appetite loss and a 100.4 fever.
