I picked up a family meal from this Spokane Panda Express yesterday around 2pm. I ordered chow mein, Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and the Fire Cracker Shrimp. I ate all of these items except for the Shrimp which my son did eat. He awoke at 4am this morning with violent vomiting and diarrhea, nausea and dizziness. He has no fever. It is now 9 am, and he is still very ill. We frequently eat at this restaurant, and my son has no known allergies | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness
