May 11th I ate at Panda Express at 11 a.m. I started feeling weird in my head about 12:30 or 1pm. I left work and went home and laid down I vomit and diarrhea and cold sweats the entire day and night at the same time. Today is Saturday I'm still lighthead and weak and afraid to eat. I still have a sample of the shrimp in a freezer bag in my refrigerator to take to the health department one im well enought. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating, Lightheaded
