4/21/20 I ate the Chow Mein. It was overwhelmed with onion, so I thought they just messed up and added too much. I also had the brocolli and chicken and orange chicken. But I have had constant diharrea, fever, and sever stomach pains since. This is now day 4. Fever has gone away but pain has not. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
