Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

Three friends and I stopped at the location during a roadtrip at approximately 1 PM 2/7/16. We all had a salad, and the two people who became sick (myself included) had a steak sandwich and mac & cheese. I had continuous vomiting and diarrhea between approximately 11:30 PM and 5 AM. Diarrhea is still ongoing 24 hours after eating. The other friend is currently at the hospital with similar symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
