Went in during my lunch break for a Tuna sandwich. Since then, I have thrown up multiple times, massive headache, nausea, body aches, and the chills. Definitely was either the tuna or lettuce, maybe both! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
