Panera Bread
Ate half Frontega Chicken Panini and half Mediterranean Chicken Salad around 12:30. At 5 started with stomach upset and by 8 was violently ill. Was sick until about 2 am, sweating profusely and really sick. Next day ok, just weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating
