Panera Bread, 75th Street, Kenosha, WI, United States

6935 75th Street, Kenosha, 53142 Wisconsin, United States
This is wasn't the first time I got sick from Panera, but it will certainly be the last. I ordered a You-Pick-2: Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken and a Broccoli Cheddar Soup with a baguette. Only 10 minutes after finishing eating, my stomach was emitting audible sounds of serious distress. To say it was an uncomfortable evening is a laughable understatement. Thanking my lucky stars I ordered my meal to-go. Never. Again.

I was in a meeting and Was praying over my stomach quietly and when I got home I had the worst tummy ache and made so many trips to the bathroom, I should have just put a pillow on the floor that night. ”

October 9, 2020 9:00 PM
“Company name: B&G Foods
Brand name: Back to Nature
Product recalled: Organic Rosemary & Olive Oil Stoneground Wheat Crackers
Reason of the recall: Undeclared peanut
FDA Recall date: October 09, 2020
Recall details: Company Announcement B&G Foods announced today it is voluntarily recalling a ver... y limited number of boxes of a single date code of 6 oz. Back to Nature Organic Rosemary & Olive Oil Stoneground Wheat Crackers, with a “best by” date of APR 25 2021, after learning that a very limited number of the cracker boxes were inadvertently filled with foil wrapped pouches of peanut butter cookies, which contain peanut, an allergen undeclared on the label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanut run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the cookies contained in the recalled boxes. There is no health risk associated with this product for individuals without an allergy to peanut. This recall affects only a very limited number of boxes of the following product, which may have been distributed in retail stores nationwide:
Back to Nature Organic Rosemary & Olive Oil Stoneground Wheat Crackers (6 oz.) UPC: 8-19898-01015-8. Best By Date: APR 25 2021 (The “best by” date is located on the top of the box.)
This recall does not apply to any other “best by” dates, sizes or varieties of Back to Nature products.
No allergic reactions related to this matter have been reported to date. This recall was initiated in cooperation with the FDA and the third party co-packer that produced the product.
B&G Foods discovered this issue when it received consumer complaints that the foil bags within two boxes of Back to Nature Organic Rosemary & Olive Oil Stoneground Wheat Crackers contained peanut butter cookies. The foil bags do correctly indicate whether the product contains rosemary & olive oil crackers or peanut butter cookies.
A third party co-packer inadvertently used a small number of Back to Nature Organic Rosemary & Olive Oil Stoneground Wheat Crackers product boxes in connection with a production run of peanut butter cookies. Back to Nature Organic Rosemary & Olive Oil Stoneground Wheat Crackers were not produced on that date. As such, B&G Foods believes this recall impacts only a handful of boxes of Back to Nature Organic Rosemary & Olive Oil Stoneground Wheat Crackers. However, out of an abundance of caution, B&G Foods is issuing this recall for boxes with this particular “best by” date that have been shipped to its customers. Product with this particular “best by” date may have been shipped and distributed by B&G Foods to its customers’ warehouses located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

“Ok so I ordered the impossible Burger with lettuce, grilled onions, pepper jack cheese with mayo, ketchup, bbq and grilled pineapple slice on October 3,2020 at 9:30pm from here. I normally eat this and more on my burgers and don’t have any issues and have ate later and been fine. But this morning... on October 4,2020 at 7am a bomb was brewing in my body from that impossible burger dear God. So I dropped the kids off at the pool and then dropped them off again and then dropped about 5 times all together thru that end. The burger was not as big as what came out of me it was like a 12hr Detox and cleared everything out of my stomach literally I didn’t know that much was in there I was amazed and shocked. Then I thought I was good but then the hot salt taste approached my throat n mouth and I knew what was going to take place next. So I forced forced myself to drink as much water as possible Because it is KEY and A MUST to make it easier to come up (I know this from past experiences when I was 21 With ulcers I threw up everyday for 6 months due to too much acid production due to stress n anxiety. I’m now 34 ulcer free since 22 and zero issues with my stomach prior to this meal) then I got super hot almost passed out and then proceeded to throw up violently shaking and got scared. I threw up 2 times and threw up A LOT! I didn’t even finish the impossible burger I ate a little more then half not even 3/4 and the burger was a normal size of your fist round maybe a 3/4 to 1 inch thickness. I also ate 4 onion rings because I ordered half n half option where you get half fries (I got sweet potato) and half onion rings. I ate half of the fries and I drank maybe 2 inches of a fountain Dr Pepper that I ordered from them as well. I have never thrown up or gone to the bathroom THAT MUCH in my life unless I’m doing a cleanse. So I would say this is great for a cleanse but I wasn’t Paying for or expecting that so my experience was terrible. Pros: I am 10lbs lighter literally I should have took a before pic but I weighed myself last night and this morning after all this I lost 10lbs literally. Since that episode that lasted for 30 min nonstop of continuous going to the bathroom and throwing up twice , ive been ok other then a slightly sore throat from the acid in my stomach that burned (which is why water is key to drink even when you know you’re going to vomit it stops the harsh acid burn during and after must be done throwing up before taking a teaspoon of honey it helps the burn after) hope this helps somebody. I tried to be as thorough as possible. I felt fine after I got it out of my system but it was most definitely that Impossible Burger and not food poisoning. I have had food poisoning before and you usually sick for 12hours possibly more and like I said prior from 7-730am I was in bad shape and after that I’m back normal minus 10lbs LITERALLY! ”

“We went on October 23rd for our daughter's birthday lunch. None of us had really eaten anything before we went out. Two of us had soup, salad and bread sticks and the other two had salad and spaghetti and meatballs. We haven't eaten out since COVID started, so I just assumed we'd eaten too many rich... foods.
Within two hours of eating myself and our youngest had severe abdominal cramping, diarrhea, nausea and chills. None of us were able to eat anything for the rest of the day because of stomach pains, diarrhea and nausea. It's now Tuesday and three out of four of us are still suffering from abdominal bloating, cramping and terrible stomach pains, nausea and chills. We believe it may have been from the salad or kale in the soup, these are the only things we all consumed. ”
