On 2/22/18, my wife and I ordered food from Panera in the shopping center at Atlantic Blvd and Southside Blvd in Jax, FL. She didn’t get food poisoning, but I got it from either the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt or the Southwest Chicken Salad. I felt the chills the next day at work and a little nausea. Then the diarrhea started and it didn’t stop until today on 2/25/18. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
