We ordered from Panera last night and received our food via DoorDash by 6pm or so and ate. My daughter who is 4 years old ate the broccoli cheddar soup. Within 3-4 hours she began to vomit. She has had vomiting and diarrhea non stop every hour throughout the night; lasting perhaps 10-12 hours total. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
