I ate a chipotle chicken panini, I started feeling really nauseous a few hours after ( only thing I ate ). I got home from work heaving a horrible headache, threw up everywhere 3 times. Got a fever, and could not stop using the bathroom. Next day, still cannot eat anything, still watery diarrhea and headache from throwing up. Stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
