Cream of chicken soup/Baguette. The only 2 things I ate.  Ordered cream of chicken soup takeout from here. Ate it as soon as it was delivered I ate it. About 6 hours later, I felt nauseous and a while later was/I am still vomiting and had/has diarrhea. It happened Early a.m. hours of 8/17/2021, this order was delivered to me by Door Dash. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
