I ate a large mac and cheese and a half tuna sandwich while I was there getting some work done. About 2 hours later I starting to feel overly full, crampy, and very nauseous. I went in about my evening fighting my symptoms just hoping to throw up. The whole time I just thought the Mac and cheese irritated my stomach or I ate too much. Last time I had it, I had diarrhea a few hours later. Anyway, the whole day I have been totally fine until I went to Panera. It's either food poisoning or a stomach bug. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
