I ate a salad on Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday I got horribly ill out of the blue. Massive vomiting and diarrhea. I got a salad. I drove home, about 40 minutes, then ate the salad. This was about 1:00 - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Thursday I woke up and my stomach felt a just slightly queasy, but I went to work. About 12:30 pm I started throwing up out of the blue. About 45 minutes later I had severe diarrhea. This went on until about 4:00 pm. No one else in my family got sick. My daughter ate a wrap, but didn't get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
