I ate the bacon avocado on sourdough but with no bacon… about 4 hours later I had extreme abdominal pain and nausea .. then explosive diarrhea and vomiting and then fever for the next 24 hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Fever
