Felt fine before eating food from Panera. Ate Caesar salad and French onion soup for lunch. Within 2 hours felt uncomfortably bloated, then started with stomach pains. Progressed rapidly to explosive vomiting, diarrhea and chills which went on for the next 6 hours.
