Felt fine before eating food from Panera. Ate Caesar salad and French onion soup for lunch. Within 2 hours felt uncomfortably bloated, then started with stomach pains. Progressed rapidly to explosive vomiting, diarrhea and chills which went on for the next 6 hours. Now, the morning after, stomach pains continue, also weakness and dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Weakness, Chills
