I had the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and mac and cheese for lunch yesterday around 11:30am. It’s all I’ve eaten and I’ve been sick, running for the bathroom a few times an hour since (it’s now after midnight). I’m having horrible stomach cramping and nausea. I’m sore from how many times I’ve used the bathroom in the last 12 hours. I will not be returning to another Panera for a long time, if ever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
