Went out with my grandparents and brother for lunch before work. I had a great day and shortly after eating mac & cheese and a turkey and apple sandwich I started to feel sick. I had eaten around 1:00 and left for work at 3 and then started to feel really tired with a headache. I got to work and after 2 hours of nausea I threw up all over. They sent me home and I didn't eat anything for the rest of the night, luckily it was only that once where I threw up and started feeling better the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
