Tuesday 9/19 I ate a Greek Salad with Spinach, Chicken, and Egg added for lunch. Shortly after I got nauseated. The next morning I called out to my job. I was very nauseated with diarrhea. I wasn't able to return to work that week. The nausea and diarrhea continued On Saturday 9/23 I was unable to walk, with chills. I was admitted into the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
