Spicy Thai Salad Illness - Panera Bread, Homestead Florida

I ordered a spicy thai chicken salad for my husband and I. I ate 1/2 the portion for dinner and 1/2 for lunch the next day. My husband ate his salad the next day for lunch. At night I woke up with severe diarrheam vomiting, chills and a headache. It continued for 24 hours. Now, I am weak, dizzy and nauseous. My husband developed the same symptoms the following day. Other members in my household have not become sick. I suspect that we became sick from the chicken or lettuce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Weakness
