My husband, my son and myself all ate there and all got sick within one hour of each other.  Violently ill, (I'm a cancer survivor) It was bad for all of us.  We all ate lettuce.   3 ate there three got sick.  Symptoms started 12 hours after for all of us.  Projectile vomiting for all of us, on toilet non-stop.  Chills ...  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Chills
