Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

On 2/19/14 had the chicken salad sandwich and a piece of cinnamon crumb cake for dinner. Felt bad within 2 hours and started throwing-up in 4 hours. That went on all night, followed by short diahrrea. Very dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
