Green Goddess Salad Illness - Panera Bread, Norridge Illinois

I ordered a Green Goddess salad from panera bread on 4/24 and dined in. My stomach started feeling bloated around 7 pm. I began to feel nauseated the following morning at about 6 am. I began vomitting around 7 am. My fever started at about 12 pm on 4/25 and then I had diarrhea and vommitting throughout the night. The vomitting has finally stopped on 4/26 but I am still experiencing diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
