Chicken Salad Illness Report - Panera Bread, Summerville South Carolina

Had a chicken salad sandwich at about 3 pm 11/7/22. By 8 pm I had severe stomach cramps. By 11 pm vomiting and diarrhea set in and lasted all night. Today 11/8 had to cancel work. Diarrhea has continued but vomiting stopped. Called the restaurant and left a message for the manager to call me back and told the woman I spoke to what happened. As of yet, I have not received a call back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
