I ordered a you pick 2 small Mac and cheese and chipotle avocado chicken sandwich. Ate it at 3pm on Sunday April 21st, didn’t eat anything else. Violently threw up and had diarrhea starting at 7pm until Monday night. Still feeling sick just low energy and recovering. Avoiding Panera at all costs moving forward. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
