On monday i have order a wrap chicken avocado chipotle. After i ate 2 hours later. My muscle was so painful start from my neck through to my whole body. Then i feel very cold and i got fever. I have really bad headache. Then i have to go home, can’t continue to work. After i go home i have really bad diarrhea,i went to bathroom 6 time in 2 days. At night I can’t even sleep cause I’m too cold and fever and my stomach hurt so bad. I thought i have covid so i buy the test to use at home at use it but it was negative. The next day i still feel not well, i still feel cold, fever and my muscles so pain. I was so mad about the food from there make my so sick that i thought i would die. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
