My sister got a Balsamic Chicken Greens and Grains Bowl and a baguette roll on 08/02/2024 and ate it around 6:00 PM that same day. By 12:30 am 08/03/2024, she started having severe stomach cramps. By 2:30 AM that same date she began vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. She had chills. It is 08/03/2024, 4:50 PM and she is still having bloody diarrhea.
