Mac 'n Cheese Illness - Panera Bread, Nashville Tennessee

I got mac and cheese from here yesterday at lunch (the only thing I ate all day). At 6pm I started getting cramps and feeling nauseous. By 7pm I was uncontrollably vomiting and having diarrhea. I had a fever and chills and did not stop throwing up until 2:30am the next day.
