Toddler Sick After Mac & Cheese - Panera Bread, Woodbridge Virginia

My 3 years old Son had Macaroni and cheese in Panera located at Prince William Parkway, Woodbridge, VA on 11/30/2018. An hour after we got home, started complaining cramps and later than nigh started vomiting. Today is the third and we only have been giving him Pedialyte and cracker.

I went back to the restaurant just to see how they handle the food, and I was not happy. When the restaurant is busy, all the carefulness to handle the food safely goes out the windows. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps
