This was the only item I ate Saturday and have had extreme bowel movements since Sunday morning at 4am. I can't even keep water or Gatorade in, it passes right through. Called the store to see if anyone else had called saying maybe they got sick from something Saturday and the manager said food poisoning takes at least 24hrs. Why don't I go to the dr and then let them know if it's from there.Caesar Salad with Chicken
