Today I had lunch at Panera bread a few hours later I was feeling nauseous. Threw up once. Felt a little better, tried to eat dinner and threw up again. Can’t hold the food down. It has to be Panera because I don’t really have anything for breakfast Just a banana. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
