I work in the pool as a swim instructor. One day I got a horrendous sore throat which led to a coughing fit. I assumed It was either a kid or the pool water. I took antibiotics and for a bit I thought I was doing better. However when I returned to the location after about a week and a half, I had their orange cranberry muffin, orange scone, and a large fountain drink.Next day my throat was suddenly sore again and I was coughing of either phlem/muscus/ or something bacterial. My stomach generally is fairly strange as well but what ever I have gotten that affects my throat as also made my bowels more sensitive.
After 3 weeks of being around kids, in different pools, and not having any worsening symptoms, I tried the panera one last time. Within 30 minutes of eating it was starting to act up again!
