My friend and I had lunch on Wednesday, May 12th, at 11:30 am. Both of us got sick afterwards. I had a fuji apple chicken salad, baguette, and an unsweetened tea. Around 1pm I had terrible stomachache cramps and began vomiting and had diarrhea.
