My friend and I had lunch on Wednesday, May 12th, at 11:30 am. Both of us got sick afterwards. I had a fuji apple chicken salad, baguette, and an unsweetened tea. Around 1pm I had terrible stomachache cramps and began vomiting and had diarrhea. I also had a terrible headache and was very sore/tired for 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain, Soreness
