Suspected Cyclospora from Feta - Panera Bread, Parker Colorado

Pretty sure Feta Cheese My mother and I both ate at this location 2 days apart and after about a week started having GI symptoms. I've had explosive, severe diarrhea lasting for days, nausea off and on- once resulting in vomiting, stomach cramps, feeling weak and tired and these symptoms have come and gone for 3 weeks now- my mom also has had the same issues and we ate the same sandwich which she mentioned the feta tasted off. I'm suspecting it's Cyclospora based on these symptoms and re-occurrence of symptoms but not sure. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Weakness
