I had a Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken. There really wasn't much lettuce in the salad. I started feeling sick about 30-40min after eating it. I called to let them know, no one answered. I called the other store in town & they did have someone from original return my call. I just want them to know because there's so many different things in this salad. It's been 4 hours and I'm still having symptoms...nausea, vomiting, diareah, blurred vision on & off, headache, chills, stomach pain...I really hope they check every food item in this salad. Because I feel aweful!! I also ate 4" of a French baguette. Update: Add fever/chills, It's now 4:30 am, haven't slept, I'm still sick and will be heading to walk in clinic if not better as soon as they open. I don't need anything, I just wanted to let them know so no one else gets this sick. This is horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Blurry vision, Fever
