Chicken & Turkey Illness Suspected - Panera Bread, Woodstock Georgia

My mother and I ate at Panera yesterday about 2PM. The only good we had in common was the chicken on salad (different salad types) and the turkey deli meat in sandwiches (different types of sandwiches- no sauces on one of them)I had some intestinal symptoms last night (no diarrhea). I woke with a bad headache, and nausea that is very painful. Over the course of the day I have developed extreme fatigue, chills, dizziness. I have almost thrown up a few times. I fell asleep at 6pm for an hour of so. I still have the nausea and headache and all symptoms. At 9PM I called my mother. She is experiencing the same symptoms. We suspect salmonella based on our symptoms. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Fatigue, Diarrhea
