Turkey Bacon Sandwich Illness - Panera Bread,

Lat Lunch - 3pm, had Turkey and Bacon sandwich. By 7pm Felt gross, feverish, then bloated, and explosive diarrhea. To be fair could have been dinner but partner had exact same thing, so back to the Panera. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating, Fever
