Just ordered the broccoli Mac and cheese 09/29/2020 and during the middle of eating it it started to make my stomach rumble. Now I’m stuck on the toilet due to this food with chills from how bad my stomach has imploded. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Chills
