Ate a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad for lunch on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022. Started feeling nauseous around 3pm during my drive home. Got home, had diarrhea. Took Pepto-bismal and tried to sleep it off thinking it was just an upset stomach. Got up at 5pm and went full "Exorcist" (aka vomited) into my bathtub, also had explosive diarrhea at the same time. Had to stick to the BRAT diet for the rest of the week until diarrhea finally subsided over the following weekend. #panerabread #media #pennsylvania | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
