Picked up to sandwiches at 1:30 pm Wednesday Tuna and chicken salad. Ate them at 2:00pm I had the Chicken salad by 4:00 started not felling well by 6 pm I was in severe stomach pain and vomiting, chills shaking uncontrollably. By 1:30 am headed to emergency my colon was swollen sent me home with 5 meds and clear diet. I have been in bed 4 straight days fever, swollen stomach, headache and body aches. April 24, 2022 no possible way I could go to work | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Shaking
