At the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich Sunday morning, October 5th. Remember the chicken looking really strange but ate the melt anyways. Started feeling sick later than night. Puked throughout the night until later the next day. Probably won't eat Panera's meat every again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
