Not sure. Romaine lettuce maybe Just me. I don’t know if anyone else that ate food there got sick. 4:30 am today symptoms started with horrible diarrhea and vomiting. Nausea Headache, chills and then hot. Dizziness. Felt like death. Had a half romaine lettuce salad, half chicken sandwich and serving of Mac & cheese from there | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills
