I went to panera on Thursday and ordered a chicken poppy seed salad, plus a cinnamon roll and muffin for later. By Friday I was stuck in the bathroom with server stomach pains. For around 24 hours I couldn't keep anything down and had cold sweats. This has happened twice at this location and I always order about the same thing, chicjen and poppy seed salad and a pastry or two. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating
