Ordered a large pizza, garlic cheese sticks for delivery. 4-5 hours after finishing we(3 of us) came down with intense diarrhea, vomiting, and the chills which have lasted over 11 hours thus far | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
