Ordered a Works pizza and garlic parmesan breadsticks. Ate 2 slices of pizza and 3 breadsticks. About 2 to 3 hours later I started getting a bloating sensation. Then I started belching. The belching smelled really bad. Then my stomach started to gurgle. From there, it went down hill. Diarrhea every 15 to 30 minutes. I have not slept, I had to call in sick to work. I couldn't even take my daughter to school. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloating, Burping
