DoorDashed pizza and breadsticks. Boyfriend took one bite and immediately got hot and passed out on top of the pizza box. Eyes rolled in the back of his head and started shaking. He woke up a few minutes later and threw up his bite he had. I’m still traumatized and I believe this was not just food poisoning this had to be something more | Symptoms: Vomiting, Shaking
